In this dynamic, interactive workshop, Anna Scott, Master Somatic Coach will introduce to lucky attendees to a highly effective and enjoyable approach to selling.  Anna enjoys working with people who want to be more effective leaders and who want to live meaningful, satisfying lives.  She has over 20 years of corporate sales experience as a top performing sales executive, and is a master certified somatic coach.  Anna began her leadership coaching and sales training business in 2004; prior to that she worked with all kinds of businesses, including Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized manufacturers and technology start ups.  She sold services and products to financial institutions, technology companies, law firms, manufacturing companies and government agencies, managed a sales team of four, and ran a district office of 100.

During her sales career, Ann loved not only the people she met, but also helping them get what they wanted, whether it was a new product or position.  Despite this and consistent promotions and pay raises, she hated being in sales.  In 1996 she had her first child and became determined to understand what it took to be successful at work, lead a meaningful, satisfying life, and be able to take care of herself and her family.  Since then Anna has studied with true masters of life and business and learned skills and gems of information which have helped her take better care of what is important to her, and become more successful, satisfied, and effective in life and work.

The realization that what Anna loves most is helping people live the life they want led her to coaching.  She brings to her clients 20 years of successful sales and sales management experience and the memories of when she hated sales, as well as her great love of people, keen insight and intuition, and deep capacity to see the beauty and greatness in individuals and their creations.  In this presentation you will learn a unique way to look at sales, as well as specific sales practices which will enable you to create a compelling presence that is confident, strong and successful in each stage of the sales cycle, even under intense pressure.

Location Information: River of Words/Young at Art Gallery, located at 933 Parker Street, Berkeley, Studio # 38 in the Sawtooth Building. Please enter the building at 2599 8th Street (near the corner of 8th and Parker). There is a free and parking lot on the west side of 8th Street, across from 2525 8th Street, which is part of the same building.

When entering the building, take an immediate left, and then a right at the bathrooms, following the pink tape on the hallway floor down a long straight hallway, at the end of which is Studio #38. The signage on the door reads "Young at Art Gallery," though there are also materials and signage near the door which reads "River of Words."
